The incident occurred around midnight on March 23, when four men entered the restaurant at 671 W. Edgar Rd, chased a victim outside, and fired shots. Arrest and Charges
Linden Police apprehended the teen after a brief foot chase near the intersection of W. 15th Street and S. Stiles Street. Two handguns were recovered during the arrest. The juvenile faces charges including aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, and unlawful possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He is detained at the Essex County Juvenile Detention Facility pending a Family Court appearance.
